ADDvantage-32(TM)
AFM DC Drive.
For over two decades Avtron has specialized in modernizing and updating
older DC drives. Whether you are looking to get the accuracy of digital
control on your old analog DC drive or are looking for a solution to
upgrade DC drive designs abandoned by your previous supplier, Avtron can
help. By replacing failure prone or obsolete electronics
process control will be improved and costly downtime can be eliminated.
Upgrade costs are dramatically reduced because expensive power bridges,
transformers, and motors are reused. The Avtron ADDvantage-32 AFM is
compatible with nearly all drives: GE Siltrol, GE Silcomatic, GE DC300,
GE DC2000, Siemens Simoreg (SP), Ansaldo, and Reliance. The ADDvantage-32
AFM upgrade can be less expensive than what many other vendors charge to
replace or repair systems boards. Avtron has pioneered the concept of
"zero downtime" upgrades and can upgrade your drive with a minimal
disturbance to your process.
Other DC Drive retrofit options include:
