The Avtron
ADDvantage-32(TM)
DMG DC Drive.
In very large, specialized applications where Motor-Generator sets are
used, Avtron provides an extremely cost effective approach to updating
the entire control circuit while keeping the main power
generating section in place. With the ADDvantage-32 DMG package,
customers receive a state-of-the-art digital speed, current, and field
regulator all in one compact yet feature packed device. By implementing
all the necessary control loops inside the DMG, existing control and
regulating hardware can all be replaced by the DMG. Utilizing the same
hardware and software platform as our ADDvantage-32 DC drives, the DMG
incorporates speed, current, generator field, and motor field control
loops in one package. These features, combined with the other standard
features of our ADDvantage-32 line makes this an unbeatable package for
control of motor-generator sets. Seamless integration with all of our
ADDvantage-32 products and ADDAPT(TM) programming tools makes applying and
commissioning simple.
Other DC Drive retrofit options include:
