Avtron AV20 Encoders solid shaft optical encoders look like industry standard units and fit the same ultra-compact mounting patterns on all machines. That's where the similarity ends. AV20 can withstand up to 100 lb. shaft loads and higher shock and vibration conditions, utilizing a shatterproof optical disk and our Wide-Gap optical technology. For larger applications, Avtron offers AV25 and M3-1 and M3-2 Mill Duty units.
