AVTRON Builds in Solutions to Prevent Possible Problems. Avtron has worked with a major transducer manufacturer to produce a "fast watts transducer for drive stand test beds." This allows reduced speed drop, faster recovery, and a more accurate model of engine performance.

Avtron has been making high technology DC drives since 1988. Over 1400 of these drives are in service worldwide.

More than forty of these drives are performing in test stand applications in the United States, France, Canada, England, Japan, and other locations. Furthermore, the full resources of this self-supporting product line are available to the Aircraft Test Equipment group. This allows Avtron to produce control algorithms with a wide range of flexibility.

AVTRON is a Load Bank Manufacturer. Avtron load banks are used throughout the world in demanding applications. Our experience varies from 56 megawatt high voltage units to small portable models, and a wide variety of other offers. Our 40+ years of experience in load bank engineering allows Avtron to provide a superior product for aircraft development and related applications.

AVTRON Provides Dedicated Project Management. Avtron assigns a project engineer to your project, providing a point of contact within the company who can answer technical, installation, and schedule questions. The project engineer follows the program from receipt of order through scheduling, design, customer design review, production (Certified to ISO 9001), quality control (Certified to ISO 9001), testing, customer demonstration, and shipment.

AVTRON Provides Support for the Future and an Upgrade Path. In five years, when the role of your capital investment needs to change, Avtron will still be here, ready to provide you with reasonable upgrades, technical support, and replacement components. Avtron archives on computer tape, disk and microfilm, all schematics, drawings, wiring diagrams, and documentation required for long-term customer support. We have 30-year-old systems in use that are still supported with identical replacement components or functional equivalents when obsolete components are unattainable. This dedication to field support is extended to all Avtron customers.
