The Avtron Model H201 Test Stand performs post
overhaul and audit testing of MIL-H-5606 or MIL-H-83282 (Red Oil)
hydraulic cylinders, load control valves, and various components. Testing includes proof pressure,
internal leakage, cracking pressure, and general performance characteristics. The high-pressure system is capable
of flows up to 30 GPM at 3000 PSI. Increased flow and pressure is available upon request.
Equipped as either a single or multi-workstation, the H201 utilizes a separate hydraulic
power supply and manual controls with data acquisition. An
Avtron Data Acquisition System ADAS™
may be used for semi-automatic control and data acquisition.
Rugged industrial
manifolds are used throughout the H201 system to eliminate leaks
between component connection ports, provide for a more stable hydraulic
circuit, and to simplify troubleshooting. |
