The Avtron Model H202 Test Stand performs post
overhaul and audit testing of Skydrol™ hydraulic cylinders, load control
valves, and components. Testing includes proof pressure, internal leakage, cracking pressure,
and general performance characteristics. The high-pressure system is
capable of flows up to 50 GPM at 3000 PSI. Increased flow and pressure is
available upon request.
The H202 is designed as a single or multi-workstation that utilizes a separate hydraulic power supply (H400 series). All controls are manually operated and labeled for ease of use. The
system has been designed to easily upgrade to semi automatic or fully
automated testing in the future utilizing Avtron's ADAS™. System components are selected based on
their performance characteristics when used with phosphate ester (Skydrol)
hydraulic fluids.
Rugged industrial manifolds are used
throughout the H202 system to eliminate leaks between component
connection ports, provide for a more stable hydraulic circuit, and to
simplify troubleshooting.
Servo-actuator testing with the H202 is
possible with the integration of the
Avtron Data Acquisition System (ADAS™).
