The Avtron Model H204 and H205 Test Stands will perform post
overhaul and audit testing of hydraulic cylinders, load control valves,
and various components. Tests include proof pressure, internal leakage, cracking pressure, and
general performance characteristics. The system uses a remote
hydraulic power unit (H400 series) for flows up to 50 GPM and pressures up to 5000 PSI (at lower flows).
The Test Stand is a single workstation
that provides for easy installation and maintenance. The H204 and H205 have servo-actuator capability with Avtron's Data Acquisition System ADAS™ and PTU (power
transfer unit) capability with the optional
H500 series.
Rugged industrial
manifolds are used throughout the H204-H205 system to eliminate leaks
between component connection ports, provide for a more stable hydraulic
circuit, and to simplify troubleshooting. |
