* Hydraulic Test Equipment Product Catalog (1.8 MB)*

The H212 Hydraulic Test Stand is designed to perform preemptive and post overhaul as well as audit testing of hydraulic cylinders, load control valves, and various components. The H212 is used to determine proof pressure, internal leakage, cracking pressure, and performance characteristics. The system consists of one main high-pressure circuit capable of flows to 25 GPM and pressures to 5000 PSI (at lower flows). System components have been selected for their performance characteristics when used with phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, such as Skydrol.

The H212 Universal Hydraulic Component Test Stand is a single workstation designed for manual control and data acquisition. Semi-automatic control and full data acquisition is available via the optional Avtron Data Acquisition System ADAS.

Rugged industrial manifolds are used throughout the H212 system to eliminate leaks between component connection ports, provide for a more stable hydraulic circuit, and to simplify troubleshooting.

Skydrol is a trademark of Monsanto. ADAS is a trademark of Avtron Aerospace, Inc.
