Avtron’s Universal H221-H222 Hydraulic
component test stand performs testing of hydraulic components to
acquire and plot flow vs. pressure drop, flow proof pressure, internal
leakage, cracking pressure, and general performance characteristics.
The Test Stand (rated for 30
GPM at 3000
PSI) is a single, self-contained integral
unit, and is manufactured in accordance with the best commercial
practices. Particular attention has been given to component layout for
enhancing maintainability and ease of operation. Safety systems such as pressure switches and cabinet door interlocks are used to protect the operator.
All system components are located within
the Test Stand enclosure designed to withstand the rigors of the
operating loads imposed.
Rugged industrial
manifolds are used throughout the H221 and H222 system to eliminate leaks
between component connection ports, provide for a more stable hydraulic
circuit, and to simplify troubleshooting.
An
Avtron Data Acquisition System ADAS™
may be used for semi-automatic control and data acquisition.
The unit is also available with a separate H500
Pump/Motor Test Stand. |
