Avtron’s Model H234
and H235 are designed to perform post overhaul and audit testing
of hydraulic cylinders, load control valves, and
general components. The systems acquire
and plot flow vs. pressure drop, flow and pressure gains, proof
pressure, internal leakage, cracking pressure, and general performance
characteristics. The high-pressure systems are capable of flows up to 80 GPM and pressures up to 5000 PSI (at lower flows).
The Test Stand is designed to provide easy installation and maintenance. A protective
safety glass enclosure located on the stand moves open and closed easily
to protect the operator and surrounding areas
while testing components.
The unit is a dual work station system
with manual control and is adaptable for semi-automatic control and
Servo actuator testing and data acquisition with the
Avtron Data
Acquisition System (ADAS™). |
