Avtron’s Test Stand Models H264 and H265 are designed to perform post overhaul and audit testing of hydraulic cylinders, load controls, and control valve components. In addition, the H264 and H265 are capable of testing servo load control valves, integrated servo-actuators, and other general hydraulic components. Testing is designed for acquiring and plotting flow vs. pressure drop, flow and pressure gains, proof pressure, internal leakage, cracking pressure, and general performance characteristics.

The main high-pressure outlet is rated at 60 GPM at 3000 PSI. 6000 PSI is available at lower flows.

The unit is comprised of a single workstation and utilizes a remote hydraulic power supply (H400 Series) and includes a linear test chamber with roll-up cart to allow for easy test component changes.

The H264 and H265 can be provided with an optional pump/motor drive. An Avtron Data Acquisition System ADAS™ may be used for fully automatic control and data acquisition.

Avtron has successfully supplied the H264 for F-15 and F-16 depot level component testing.
