The H364 and H365 perform
post overhaul and audit testing of hydraulic cylinders, load control valves,
servo-valves, servo-actuators, and various components. Testing is designed to acquire and plot flow vs. pressure drop, flow
and pressure gains, proof pressure, internal leakage, cracking pressure,
and general performance characteristics.
The H364 and H365 are dual workstation
systems rated at 30 GPM at 5000 PSI.
The H364 and H365
are capable of testing many 3 way, 4 way, and other servo applications
such as brake servo-valves. The H364 and H365 footprint
is small and ideal for installations with minimal space available.
The H364 and H365 are designed to provide easy installation and maintenance. Access to the
interior is through rear doors and removable front panels. A
glass enclosure located over the test sink area protects
the operator and surrounding areas while testing
components.
The
unit uses a separate remote hydraulic power supply (H400 Series)
and fully automatic control and data
acquisition is possible by interfacing the H364 or H365 with the Avtron Data Acquisition System
ADAS™
and the HydroVATE. |
