Avtron's Universal Hydraulic Pump/Motor Test Stands H501 and H502 are designed to perform post overhaul and audit testing of airborne hydraulic pumps and motors. They are comprised of a drive, boost supply circuit, high pressure return circuit, hydraulic fluid cooling, high-pressure, and flow supply control valves, fluid conditioning and associated circuitry housed in an open frame and remote electrical cabinet. Fluid flow meters, pressure transducers, and speed and torque meters are selected to provide the accuracy required by the various component CMMs. All are digitized to improve readability and test data translation.

The H501 and H502 systems use temperature control logic that precisely regulate actual fluid temperature to the desired fluid temperature set-point.

Semi-automatic and optional fully automatic control is possible using the Avtron Data Acquisition System ADAS™.
