H100 Series - Universal Portable Hydraulic Oil Lube Carts

Avtron portable hydraulic supply carts are designed to provide cooling fluid to various aircraft generators, CSD's, and IDG's. These closed loop systems are designed for cooling and lubricating units under test (UUT) as they are undergoing testing on Avtron Drive Stands. The Avtron hydraulic supply carts are ruggedly constructed and designed for easy operation of filtered hydraulic fluid at controlled pressures and temperatures. Model	Description
H130	Portable Generator/CSD/IDG Lube Oil Conditioning Cart – This manually controlled unit is designed to provide cooling oil for aircraft generator testing. Used with MIL-L-23699 (Mobile Jet Oil II) grade hydraulic fluid at pressures up to 300 PSI and flows to 15 GPM.
H162	Portable Hydraulic Control Cart – Supports hydraulic system testing using a 3250 PSI rated phosphate ester (Skydrol™) facility hydraulic power station.
H169	Portable Hydraulic Oil Supply/Conditioning Cart – This automatically controlled unit is designed to provide cooling oil for aircraft generators, CSDs, IDGs, and VSCF testing. Used with MIL-L-23699 (Mobile Jet Oil II) or MIL-L-7808 oil at pressures up to 350 PSI and flows to 15 GPM.
