ADAS™ - Avtron's Data Acquisition System |

Used for manual, semi-automatic, and
fully automatic control as well as data acquisition for a wide
variety of hydraulic and other test system applications. ADAS™ uses
the latest technology industrial computer with 15" touch screen LCD
flat-panel (same viewing area as a 17" CRT) and NEMA4 keyboard in a
19" portable stainless steel console. Real-time graphical user
interface uses National Instruments LabVIEW™ for easy to follow user
operation and programming. The ADAS™ provides test reports in graphical and
matrix form with hard copies on a color printer. |

ADAS™:
- Provides high-speed,
multi-channel system data acquisition to record and plot
pressures, flows, temperatures, UUT position, velocity, drive
current, and various signals as required by the test unit's test
procedure.
- Complies with SAE ARP4904
"Compatibility Guidelines for Computer Controlled Test Equipment
for Hydraulic Components".
- Provides step-by-step operator
prompts throughout test sequence.
- Can be programmed for manual
operation using an Operator Prompt Sequence (OPS) or automatic
operation using a Test Procedure Sequence (TPS), which includes
automatic application and verification of stimulus.
- Operator selected preprogrammed
test routines eliminate operator error and provide precise,
repeatable testing.
- Operator modified or created
test procedures result in excellent Return on Investment.
Point-and-click programming eliminates the need and expense of a
dedicated programmer.
- Modular design of ADAS™/HydroVATE™
software affords the opportunity to purchase only the options
needed today. ADAS™ options can be purchased separately.
The HydroVATE™ (Hydraulic Valve Automatic
Test Equipment) is an enhanced ADAS™ specially configured to
automatically control the testing of servo-valves, servo-actuators, PCU’s, and motors. Both the ADAS™ and the HydroVATE™ use user friendly display screens
that allow for historical test data review.
Simplified calibration is provided via an intuitive on-screen interface.
The operator can view all channels and device information at a glance allowing for fast verification and entry of calibration values.
The Avtron ADAS™ can be customized to meet your specific requirements depending on application. |
