Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist This
position requires a detail oriented individual with strong written
communication skills to assist in the facilitation and follow-up of the CI
events in office and/or manufacturing environments. Responsibilities will
include analyze data, complete project documentation and audit existing
projects/processes. This individual is required to effectively
multi-task while providing administrative
and clerical support to several departments within the organization. You
must have good working knowledge and experience with Outlook, Word, Excel
and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of the BaaN system is a plus. Associates
degree and/or 3-5 years related work experience is required.
Hydraulic Design Engineer This
individual will work with a team to standardize our hydraulic product line
based on modular designs. Responsibilities will
include interpreting hydraulic technical requirements based on customer
applications and integrating components into a hydraulic test system design
to satisfy customer requirements, applying fluid power principles in
designing hydraulic systems, develop AUTOCAD 3D modeling, manifolds and
perform FEA analysis. BSME or related degree in Power Fluid Design is
required and 3 to 5 years experience in design of power fluid systems.
Regional Sales Manager
We are looking for the
right individual to join our Industrial Automation Sales Group.

- * Create,
maintain and exceed regional sales plan objectives.
- * Recruitment,
development and management of sales channels (reps, distributors,
integrators) for the Industrial Automation.
- * Create sales
programs particular to the region of responsibility.
- * Develop and
maintain contact with key customers on an ongoing basis and develop
major customer proposals and business activity.
- * Work with
Product Management to execute marketing programs, lead follow-up and
product quotations.
- Key

targets for Industrial Automation.
- * Develop new
customers and maintain existing accounts.
- * Accomplish key
MBO's concerning new product and market specific programs.

product requirements for territory.

Qualifications
- * BSEE, BSME
- * Minimum of five
years experience in the drive system/industrial automation field.
Specific knowledge of AC/DC Drives, Web Tension Controls, Encoders.
- * Five years
selling in paper, metals or crane markets.
- * Minimum of five
years experience in Sales or Territory Management.
- * Demonstrated
ability to achieve assigned budget and performance metrics.
- * Strategic selling
skills
- * Experience and
proven success track record of managing channels (Reps and
Distributors).
- * Must live in
territory.
