Director of Sales & Marketing – We are looking for the “right” individual to join our Aerospace Sales Group. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

*  Set and achieve aggressive order and account goals for growth and market share for Aerospace products, especially at targeted companies.  Develop and report metrics including a worldwide order forecast to track progress.
*  Oversee the development and execution of effective strategic account plans by Regional Managers for target accounts.  Develop and leverage high level relationships in key accounts.
*  Drive organization to achieve sales success.  Develop and maintain processes for effective and efficient sales team performance. 
*  Develop organizational teamwork for effective cooperation among sales, business development, engineering and manufacturing.
*  Improve competitiveness through strategic and tactical promotional programs utilizing web and print based media.  Manage promotional budget and resources.
*  Work closely with Director of Engineering to develop successful solutions to customer needs and manage process of proposal development.
*  Work closely with the Director of Business Development to develop and implement selling strategies for new and existing products into new and existing markets.
*  Maximize impact of Field Service and Customer Support Teams in building customer satisfaction and brand strength.

*  Achieve sales targets for Aerospace Business.

*  Develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.

*  Help define new product requirements for territory.

Qualifications

*  BSEE, BSME or other related technical degree

*  Ten + years experience in sales and sales management positions selling capital equipment.

Hydraulic Design Engineer – This individual will work with a team to standardize our hydraulic product line based on modular designs. Responsibilities will include interpreting hydraulic technical requirements based on customer applications and integrating components into a hydraulic test system design to satisfy customer requirements, applying fluid power principles in designing hydraulic systems, develop AUTOCAD 3D modeling, manifolds and perform FEA analysis. BSME or related degree in Power Fluid Design is required and 3 to 5 years experience in design of power fluid systems.
