Avtron K660A Brushless Tachometer,
also known as a frequency to voltage converter, enables users to replace
older analog
DC tachogenerators
with high reliability, zero maintenance, digital
encoders
from Avtron,
without modifying their drive or controller device. The K660A accepts
A Quad B
pulses from the encoder and provides an analog voltage +/-10 VDC or 4-20mA current output in proportion to speed (frequency to voltage conversion). Also available:
K661 for higher (+/-300 VDC) voltage applications, and a full range of encoders to fit the existing shaft without modification.
