Mouse over graphic to begin.
Repeat Video

This procedure assumes you have followed the instructions supplied with the pulse generator for installing the magnetic rotor, the stator, and mounting the magnetoresistive sensors into the stator housing.

Make sure the motor is de-energized and the motor shaft is stopped before setting the sensor air gap.

You will need a 7/16" Nut Driver to perform this procedure.

Follow these 5 Easy Steps.
Step 1:
Loosen 7/16" Locknut until the Quick Release Pin slides toward motor shaft.
Step 2: Tighten the Locknut securely.
Step 3: Pull the Quick Release Pin.
Step 4: Pull Black Rubber Plug and insert it into slotted hole to keep dirt out of sensor.
Step 5: Store Quick Release Pin in round hole on sensor or in a tool box for safe keeping.
