Avtron M85 THIN-LINE Encoders

Avtron M85 THIN-LINE Encoders are magnetic, modular, heavy mill duty units that mount directly on motors with 8.5” motor C-Faces (NEMA FC, 180C), such as Siemens, GE, Marathon, and Baldor motors. The M85 fits shafts up to 3 3/8” (and larger, using end-of-shaft magnetic rotor options). It is designed for use in rough environments, with constant exposure to water, oil, and dirt. The modular design is directly bolted to the motor, and the magnetic rotor is impact-resistant, providing maximum protection from accidental damage. Also available: 4.5" (M56), 6.75” (M67), metric 115mm (M115), stainless steel 4.5" (M56S) units, and (AV850) 8.5" with removable sensors.
