Avtron Performance View Process Diagnostic Historian

The Avtron
Performance View (TM)
is a high-speed diagnostic historian for all kinds of process lines.
Designed to be easy to use, it can collect several thousand channels of
data at sample rates as fast as 10 ms, and store them to the computer hard-disk for later review. It also allows you to analyze any of the collected data in
real-time so that you can fine-tune your process for optimum results. By
collecting such a large amount of information, faults can be found quickly and
corrected the first time they occur, not after several occurrences.
Performance View can easily give you the power to discern between
mechanical, electrical, process, or operation problems on your line.
Operating on a client/server architecture, Performance View makes it
easy to have multiple viewing terminals on the system so that several
people can be troubleshooting or analyzing data at one time. The system
makes use of a state-of-the-art Ethernet architecture to both collect
data as well as pass the information up to client viewing stations.
Available in both single CPU and multiple CPU configurations,
Performance View can be tailored to your specific size application. Data
can be stored on resident hard disks for up to 30 days, after which time
it can be exported to plant-wide systems for longer storage.
Also available are speed draw instrumentation
and stand alone meters. |
