| You don’t know the players without a
score card and you can’t efficiently troubleshoot and or maintain an
electrical system without proper documentation. We have
several
customized documentation options to choose from
that not only help your personnel get a system
back in operation quicker, but can also be
used by Avtron personnel if they are assisting you. In addition to
providing better documentation for troubleshooting purposes the
documentation can also be used to fine tune areas of your machine to be
more productive. Bottom line, better documentation saves money.

Semi-Custom AutoCAD Software Block Diagrams |
|
These calibration/configuration block diagrams
show the ADD32 drive calibration and configuration choices for each drive
section printed out on individual software block diagrams.
This greatly aids in troubleshooting and flow diagnosis. |

Custom AutoCAD Software Block Diagrams |

These
calibration/configuration block diagrams show the ADD32 drive calibration
and configuration choices for each drive section printed out on individual
software block diagrams. This is just the same as above, however after
engineering analysis of each sections cal/cfg, wiring diagrams, and/or PLC
program the following additional modifications are added:
- Connected lines for signal flow between
blocks were practical
- Hatched areas to depict blocks that are
used but are at default
- Dashed blocks which are not used
- I/O usage table on sheet 1 (engineering
analysis involved)
- Re-arrange spare blocks to “where used” if
it eases understanding
- Reference for non standard
signal/configuration
These modified drawings make it even easier
and faster to troubleshooting drive and process data.
NOTE: These drawings take the semi custom ACAD files listed above and
customize them by hand. It is only recommended for a machine that has a
stable configuration. |
