 Field Service

Avtron Industrial Automation, Inc. maintains a Full Service - Field Service Department. We have a variety of experienced Service Engineers who are available to you 24/7/365. Whether we provide assistance over the phone, via email, or with on-site service we have engineers and programs to assist you as needed. Although a purchase order is helpful when opening a job, Avtron understands that a PO is not easily issued at 2AM. We work to create a relationship with each of our customers. Our engineers generally travel in North and South America, but we are available for hire throughout the world. In addition to our main headquarters in Cleveland, OH, we have a remote office located in Birmingham, AL. We also have integrators using our equipment and providing services throughout the world.
Emergency Service
An experienced Service Engineer is always available to you 24/7/365 to provide effective phone support and spare parts. Whether we provide assistance over the phone, via email, or with on-site service we have engineers and programs to assist you as needed. Although a purchase order is helpful when opening a job, Avtron understands that a PO is not easily issued at 2 AM. We work to create a relationship with each of our customers.
Start-up Commissioning
We can handle the job for you including installation of complete systems or “Off the Shelf” drives. Avtron can supply a start up team to compliment your schedule, whether it be one engineer working daylight or a half dozen engineers working around the clock. We work to optimize your time and financial resources.

The Avtron team can also handle and offer full project management for installation as well as provide a complete turnkey installation and start up.

Scheduled Phone Support
Need to talk to an expert? For a special outage or scheduled downtime, with an advance request, we can accommodate your schedule, such as West Coast/Pacific time or second shifts. This service is done as a cost savings alternative in lieu of an on-site trip. Reserved for customers who are qualified to make changes or run procedures by themselves, but want a little dedicated back up. The dedicated Avtron engineer will be at his desk, ready and waiting with all reference drawings and files necessary. Saves customer travel time and transportation costs.
