Support Repairs

In today’s fast-paced, production-based world, most field troubleshooting is done by changing complete circuit boards or complete assemblies. Gone are the days of time consuming troubleshooting to the component level. However, once a board is changed it can be sent to Avtron for repair. We offer a full service technician lab where board repairs are made. In addition to repairs, boards of “uncertain vintage” can also be sent in for retesting and/or verification. If you would like to talk, please ask the receptionist to speak with the “Avtron Industrial Automation, Inc. (AIA) Test Department Manager” or the “AIA Service Manager”. In order to send a board in for repair/evaluation we would like you to have a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number first.
