Avtron is pleased to expand its family of SMARTach II™ encoders with the AV125. The AV125 joins the AV850, and offers the same key advantages. However, the AV125 makes all these advantages LARGER! Now, you can fit shafts up to 7.875" [200mm]. You can select resolution up to 8192 PPR (single or dual independent outputs). The 12.5" C-faces, inboard and outboard, are perfect for mounting on large motor frames, and for mounting on brake motors. The AV125 replaces older Avtron and competitor's models including: M1250, RIM1250™, and SL1250™. Avtron's Wide-Gap technology, and bearingless design ensure the AV125 mounts quickly, and lasts much longer than other encoders.

The AV850 8.5” FC-face modular magnetic encoder from Avtron Industrial Automation is designed to eliminate encoder failure and drive trips. The self-tuning electronic sensors have full built-in diagnostics, to warn of any problems before they stop your process. The 4X larger rotor-to-sensor gap makes installation simple, and eliminates scraped rotors. The wide rotor permits the AV850 to keep working even with large motor shaft movements, or less-than-perfect installation. There are no wearing parts or bearings. AV850 magnetic sensors are fully sealed against dirt and liquids, protected from wiring errors, and operate from -40ΊC to +100ΊC. Resolution up to 4096 PPR is available (single or dual independent outputs), offering high precision in tough applications. AV850 installs in minutes, lasts for decades!

Avtron is pleased to announce the release of the HS35M Magnetic Hollow Shaft Encoder! This exciting product fits magnetic technology for mill duty applications in a standard HS35 form factor. Heavy duty bearings, placed farther apart, and superior seals ensure that the HS35M will far outlast ordinary optical HS35 units. The HS35M offers another great feature previously only available on far more expensive models: the optional industrial EPIC connector incorporates a standard size terminal strip inside for easy wiring. No more soldering in the field, no struggling with tiny Euro-style terminal blocks! (Of course, for retrofitting existing applications, Avtron offers MS and cable connectors as well for the HS35M).

Also available with dual isolated outputs (, , , , , ). These can be applied as a built-in spare or used as a separate communication link to controllers and instrumentation.
