PAYMENT: A purchase order, check, or credit card covering class fees must be received no later than two (2) weeks prior to the class.

CONFIRMATION: You will be sent a confirmation of your class registration. In your confirmation package you will receive a map and directions from the airport to recommended hotels along with directions to our facility.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation of two (2) weeks or less prior to the class start date is subject to a 50% enrollment charge. If a student fails to cancel his reservation or fails to show for class, the full tuition will be forfeited. Student substitutions are acceptable. In the event of a class cancellation by Avtron, liability shall be limited to a full refund of the tuition.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Accommodations are not included in class cost, but area hotels will be recommended. Avtron does have arrangements for discounted room pricing with nearby hotels.

MEALS: Lunch will be provided each day by Avtron at no cost to you. Other meals will be the responsibility of the student. Quality restaurants are located within walking distance of the recommended hotels.
